The staff capacity of Emanic Consulting include two permanent employees (The Chairman and CEO) and an Administrative Manager; and core of retained consultants from various professional disciplines and experiences. It boasts of no less than nine (9) professional expertise locally and a network of international consulting firms in England, Canada and the USA.

Whilst institutional expertise include consulting and studies in economics, management, policy analysis and design, management systems design and training, investment evaluation and project analysis and capital market study, clients include the Government of the Gambia, the UNDP, the World Bank, the ECOWAS, African Development Bank, and European Commission, just to name a few.
